CABC to host Job Fair on October 16/17
The CABC is hosting its first-ever Job Fair event on October 16th and 17th.
On October 16th, individuals looking for employment opportunities are invited to come to CABC to receive resume assistance and interview training. Our staff will be on hand to provide support and answer any questions related to these topics. This service is being provided to help you get ready for the next day’s Job Fair.
On October 17th, the CABC will be hosting some of the largest employers in Stettler to provide a chance for individuals looking for jobs to meet business owners and managers. Drop off your resume, introduce yourself, and make an impression with employers such as Clearview Public Schools, Walmart, and Tim Hortons, all of whom are looking to fill multiple positions at their Stettler locations.
The COVID-19 pandemic has not only been tough on our business community, but also on our employment rate. Massive job loss and layoffs were experienced across Alberta and the recovery has been slow. Central Alberta Business Centre’s goal for this event is to connect searching employees with potential employers.
