We currently have one office left to be rented out.  Our affordable Reception Package makes it easy for you to focus on your work and not have to worry about greeting guests, office cleaning or keeping the coffee stocked. Our goal is to make it simple. We manage the space, you focus on your organization and it's purpose.  Rairdan Services, Inc. offers the in-house reception package which for a small monthly fee offers:

  • full-time reception for you and your guests

  • manages coworking space

  • office and common area cleaning

  • break-room access (microwave, seating, refrigerator, ice maker, dishes, silverware, filtered water)

  • coffee, tea and condiments

  • directs visitors to the appropriate offices, events, meetings

  • keeps common areas tidy and presentable

  • provides basic & accurate information to visitors & callers

  • picks up, sorts and distributes daily mail and parcels

  • maintains office security & controls building access

  • manages boardroom schedule

  • accepts & secures drop-offs from clients

  • sets up boardroom for meetings

  • orders wednesday *work lunch

  • manages building recycling program
