The Town of Stettler in conjunction with the County of Stettler are inviting qualified proponents to submit a proposal to complete a two part project of updating shared statutory plans. Part one will consist of an in depth review of the current Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) and amending it where necessary in order to create an updated working document to assist in future developments, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act. Part two will consist of creating a new South East Area Structure Plan (SE ASP), pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, to be adopted by both municipalities in place of the old plan.
